Job description

Revpanda Team keeps on the growth path and welcomes new Pandas’ daily. We are looking for a colleague, who will assist with HR management and address administrative as well as recruitment needs.

The responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate annual performance review sessions
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Assist in the hiring process by coordinating job ads, screening resumes, performing screening calls and reference checks.
  • Contact selected candidates for interview and manage interview timings
  • Follow up with candidates on selection process stage and status
  • Prepare necessary documents and contracts
  • Assist with employee relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 0-2 years of operational HR experience
  • Team player, proactive and positive attitude
  • A pro-active, enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a positive, helpful and productive manner
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment process as well as employment documentation workflow
