Job description

The ideal ‘Panda will expand the company’s brand presence by finding that sweet spot with the right target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will mastermind and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The perfect ‘Panda for this role  is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

The responsibilities

  • Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search strategies
  • Executing & optimizing many PPC campaigns simultaneously
  • Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
  • Finding and targeting selected audiences through researching keywords
  • Managing campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimise the ROI
  • Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Reporting KPI’s to management on a regular basis through various dashboards
  • Producing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns
  • Ensuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
  • Building and strengthening key relationships across PPC ad platforms and various vendors
  • Reducing the risk of click fraud
  • Staying current with PPC & SEM trend and techniques
  • Deploying and managing budgets across multiple channels, brands and markets through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Working extensively with data to identify issues and opportunities
  • Carrying out campaign experiments, A/B testing
  • Producing reports for the management team
  • Continuously recommending and implementing new strategies for campaigns to improve results
  • Delivering a positive ROI for the business on the budget you deploy

Requirements

  • 2+ year of marketing experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in English
  • Familiarity with cloaking tools
  • Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and SEO
  • Experience with multiple platforms, e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
  • Analytically minded and strong in arithmetic
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
  • AdWords certification is an advantage but not essential
