The responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Briefing calls with colleagues, posting jobs, screening resumes
  • Conduct thorough interviews and initial screens by asking the right questions
  • Source candidates from job boards, internal database, referrals, headhunting
  • Update and maintain reports to the HR Manager and other internal partners
  • Developing new channels of recruitment to ensure adequate manpower availability
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to resolve efficiency of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Develop a pool of people in advance
  • Take an active part in employer branding related activities, when needed


  • Experience in sourcing for talents in Digital Marketing/ IT fields
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and flexibility
  • Proficiency in English
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills (both verbally and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with different teams
  • Ability to think creatively and look at new ways of doing things
  • Outspoken with the ability to push back when vital
  • A can-do demeanor and ability to thrive in a lively atmosphere
  • Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks
